CENTCOM Commander is not convinced Russian bounty allegations
PEJOURNAL - US Central Command Commander Gen. Kenneth McKenzie is not convinced that American intelligence agencies assessments support allegations that Russia offered bounties to Taliban in order to kill US soldiers in Afghanistan.
